Born in the vibrant city of San Diego and raised in the picturesque enclave of Point Loma, Chris Rupe's maritime journey began early. His formative years were spent immersed in the world of Sport fishing vessels in San Diego, cultivating a profound understanding of these watercrafts.

Hailing from the sunny shores of Orange County, California, John Jr. was practically born into the work of yachts. From his earliest days, he found every opportunity to join his dad on their family boat, forging a deep and abiding connection with the ocean and all its wonders. Taking inspiration from his father, John turned his passion for the sea into a lifelong career.

Joshua Rustvold, a Huntington Beach native, has a deep-rooted connection to the coastal lifestyle. His upbringing was filled with a passion for sports like soccer, baseball, and surfing, which instilled in him a love for the ocean and its many activities. With over two decades of dedicated service in the marine industry, Joshua is a seasoned professional.

Todd Mansur, a valued member of the McCarty Yacht Group team, was born and raised amidst the waters of Dana Point, keeping a deep connection to the Orange County fishing industry has remained unwavering. As the son of a seasoned fisherman, Todd's formative years were spent absorbing the intricacies of the sea, laboring as a dedicated deckhand and crew-member aboard various charter vessels in both San Diego and Dana Point.
